According to the body: traceability of meat under the "ACHAHADA" signature, supplier commitments, daily presence of an agent at the slaughterhouse, verification of how carcasses are received.
AVS
AVS, À Votre Service (association under the 1901 law, founded in 1991 in Saint-Denis). Slaughter without stunning; since 2018, certifies only meat products. AVS accreditation of restaurants is limited to Île-de-France, Lyon and Saint-Étienne (the "mainland France" coverage applies to product distribution, not to accredited restaurants).
